1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical major is preferred;

2. More than eight years of working experience in the auto parts industry, more than five years of project management experience, and the project docking experience of the automakers is preferred;

3. Training requirements: participated in the PMP similar training priority;

4. Professional knowledge requirements: master IATF16949, master PPAP/APQP/FEAMA, master 8D method;

5. Professional skills requirements: skilled use of Project management software, skilled use of office software (especially PPT software), can easily use 2D / 3D software;

6. Work ability requirements: Have certain organizational ability, coordination and control ability, motivation ability, team cooperation ability, pressure resistance ability and execution ability;

7. English listening and writing proficiency, can be used as a working language.

Responsible for project management of product development, leading development team, coordinating resources and ensuring project success;

1. Project establishment: communicate with the OEM, clarify the project requirements, report to the company's senior management to ensure project establishment, and obtain project resources;

2. Develop the main nodes of the project, lead the project core team to decompose the detailed project plan, timely control the project execution status, and report the progress of the high-level project regularly;

3. Control project risks and problems until closure, and summarize Lesson-Learn;

4. Control project budget and promote cost optimization;

5. Organize the evaluation of each node to ensure the quality of the project;

6. Manage team member team performance and effectively motivate team members.
