3. Good communication and coordination skills, basic writing skills, capable of customer negotiation, project report writing, road show and other work;

4. Candidates with CPA, CFA and legal professional qualification certificates are preferred.

1. Be responsible for the preliminary due diligence investigation, project report writing, operation and system docking, communication and negotiation with customers and intermediary agencies of small and micro finance related businesses such as consumer finance and personal finance;

2. Responsible for the completion of project asset evaluation, transaction structure design, cash flow prediction, and the writing of relevant legal documents;

3. Responsible for customer development of small and micro finance business and exploring various potential small and micro finance business customers;

4. Participated in the market development, business negotiation and customer maintenance of asset securitization and data service derived from small and micro finance business;

5. Participate in post-loan management of small and micro finance business.
