1. Bachelor degree or above in law

2. At least 3 years working experience in real estate company, or relevant real estate legal control experience

3. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure

4. Report to superior: legal director

1. Completed various legal affairs handling, legal risk avoidance, contract management, legal awareness publicity and other legal management work of the company;

2. Responsible for the review of relevant legal documents;

3. Handle daily litigation and disputes;

4. Assist the superior in other daily work;

5. Provided legal advice to various departments of the company.
