2. Responsible for identifying and preventing risks of the company's planned projects and businesses, and comprehensively evaluating the feasibility of the projects;

3. According to the industry characteristics and development direction, as well as the risks faced by the company's planned projects and businesses, studied the risk control legal policies and improved the company's project compliance risk control and review process;

4. Responsible for controlling and preventing legal compliance risks and other potential risks that may occur during the business development of the company, providing effective prevention and response, and providing overall legal risk control guarantee for the normal operation of the company's business;

5. Organized and managed routine risk control legal work, conducted compliance management and process risk control for the implementation of routine business and new business, timely raised risk warning for potential risks, effectively controlled risks, and improved risk management system and enterprise risk database;

6. According to the actual business situation of the company, prepare the major risk control legal evaluation report from time to time for the management to make decisions; According to the external policy changes, analyze the impact on the company, prepare the relevant external environmental risk assessment report.
