The "Efficient Collection, Full to the Brim" Public Class Successfully Concludes

The collection work is of paramount importance to the operation of a company. To help headhunters improve the collection rate and establish long-term win-win partnerships with clients, on July 20th, Duidian Consulting, in collaboration with the Hangzhou Human Resources Service Promotion Association, hosted the "Efficient Collection, Full to the Brim" public class.

This course was meticulously planned by Match Point and featured top consultants and healthcare industry experts Daisy and Emrain as guest lecturers. It attracted more than 50 founders of headhunting companies, senior headhunters, account managers, and project manager partners. At the event, participants engaged deeply with the instructors, transforming their thinking, inspiring creativity, and co-creating new collection strategies.

01 Welcome Speech

The Hangzhou Human Resources Service Promotion Association is an industry association dedicated to "promoting industry exchanges, creating member value, integrating platform resources, and leading industry development." The association provides enterprises with four platforms and a variety of service models, combining human resource service institutions, enterprises, and universities to build a "circle of friends" in the human resource industry.

To empower industry enterprises and help everyone achieve better results in collection, the vice president's unit of the association and the top headhunting company in Zhejiang for five consecutive years, Match Point, specially designed this course. The course design went through multiple in-depth discussions and data analysis, receiving rave reviews within the company, and it is also expected to bring value to the partners present.

02 "Efficient Collection, Full to the Brim" Philosophy - Process Chapter

Daisy has maintained over 70 key clients, generating nearly 20 million yuan and ensuring the full recovery of all offer payments. She has unique insights and rich practical skills in efficient collection and establishing and maintaining good customer relationships.

Daisy brought a wonderful share from the perspective of philosophy and process. Philosophy guides the output of all actions. She pointed out the role and positioning of account managers: on the company side, the account manager represents the company. The company's cash flow is the premise of ensuring the interests of all employees, and the account manager and the company are a community of interests; on the consultant side, the account manager must ensure the interests of the consultants and help partners realize the cash conversion of results. On the client side, the account manager must adhere to a win-win mindset, help customers create value, and promote positive cooperation and long-term cooperation with customers.

During the Q&A session, participating consultants actively asked questions and had in-depth exchanges and interactions with the instructor Daisy, gaining a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the factors affecting collections and the actions that can be taken.

03 "Efficient Collection, Full to the Brim" Skills - Case Chapter

Emrain has developed more than 200 clients, generating over 30 million yuan, with a single major client's collection exceeding 10 million yuan. She has achieved remarkable results in client development, customer relationship building, and collection management.

At the beginning of the course, Emrain pointed out that following up on payment progress and maintaining customer relationships are two different things. She detailed how to provide added value to customers through a series of vivid cases and infectious language, and shared how to judge and understand the business development plans of the client's company to better maintain customer relationships.

Emrain provided a set of targeted solutions for the students in conjunction with the Case stage. She elaborated on how to take effective measures to deal with various situations that may arise before and after the candidate accepts the offer and shared a series of real cases of collection recovery. Her explanation inspired the students and stimulated everyone's enthusiasm for active discussion.

At the end of the event, Secretary-General Wu Hong presented prizes to the winning group, specially gave the two instructors a hand-woven bracelet with the characteristics of the disabled home employment project, and issued appointment letters to Daisy and Emrain as experts in the think tank of the Hangzhou Human Resources Service Promotion Association.
